I understand what it's like to be a woman who wears several hats each day because I am one! It is incredibly hard to be on your “A” game all the time - especially with a partner, children, career and social life in the mix. Not to forget, we also have the added pressure of social media, trending diets and workouts, suggested ways of getting our body, mind and spirit in check. How are you supposed to know what’s right for you?

If you are someone who has struggled with disorderly eating or exercising; has tried nearly every diet, weight-loss supplement or fat burner on the market; ventured through the keto, low-carb, paleo world; counted points, used portion containers or read every single fitness guru's secret to losing weight and still haven't found the right solution for your body, then this program is for YOU.

As a certified personal trainer and health coach, I’ve learned how to effectively use nutrition and exercise to help others reach their goals. There is truly nothing like feeling confident in your own skin, in control of your food choices, strong and healthy every single day.

The MIND-BODY-FIT program starts by getting your MIND in the right place so you can be more successful and can love your body. Then, I guide you through the fundamentals of solid nutrition for a healthy BODY and effective exercises to feel FIT so you can continue in the direction of overall wellness.

Here’s what is included:

  • 7 weeks of mindfulness, nutrition and my FIT program to create a healthy lifestyle that works for YOU

  • Mindfulness, self-love and self-compassion practices

  • 2 - 30 minute 1x1 calls with me to modify program to your specific needs and to check in midway

  • Access to a Certified Personal Trainer and Health Coach (me) throughout the 7 weeks to answer any questions

  • 5 workouts per week (instructional videos included)

  • A community for support, encouragement and accountability
